Project Overview

Building a CBD towards sustainability should heavily consider its natural conditions. For example, building in a wetland area must be oriented toward wetland and water-sensitive development. The development is carried out by maintaining water cycles in natural conditions and developing green infrastructures and buildings so that the effect does not override the city’s natural character. The buildings and facilities are in the middle of the dominance of green and blue spaces, connected by pedestrian and cycle networks. Houses are built on stilt to make them wetland-friendly. Green and blue spaces are connected continuously to the macrosystem of biodiversity.
