Project Overview

A civic center should be the center of activity for the city’s citizens. It is not only the center of government but also a place for city residents to express and carry out activities in public spaces. The integrated civic center provides a place for city residents to interact socially, be cultured, perform the arts, and provide various city amenities in one compact and integrated area. It includes city squares, parks, arts and cultural centers, worship centers, and urban recreation centers.
