Pupuk Kaltim Company planned to develop a residential and commercial area for the employee. To create a new area needs to design a new master plan by following Bontang City Spatial Plan. This master plan isn’t only creating a residential and commercial area for Pupuk Kaltim Company area but also as New Town Planning in Bontang.
